Come with me! is buzzing with bugs. You’ll meet Liam, Bob, Annie, Fiona and Samar. And they’re all anxious to get to know you, too!
Liam the Ladybug – BRAVE
Liam the Ladybug is the main character. He is a brave and adventurous bug who enjoys meeting new friends and finding new and interesting places. His family travels often, and although he sometimes goes his own way, family is still important. Liam and his family are originally from Ireland, but they like to travel the world. Although Liam is very brave, he is also afraid of the dark and needs his friends nearby.
Fiona the Firefly – CURIOUS
Fiona the Firefly is curious about everything. If she doesn’t know something, she finds it out. She loves learning new languages and finding ways to communicate with those around her. She also really likes to express herself, but sometimes she has trouble controlling her emotions if something is bothering her. Luckily, she lets those around her know how she is feeling with her many facial expressions and her mood light so they know when she might need to be cheered up. Her mood light is RED when she is IN DISTRESS OR ANGRY; YELLOW when she is HAPPY AND EXCITED; BLUE when she is SAD; PINK when she is CALM; GREEN when she is STARTLED OR CONFUSED; PURPLE when she is TIRED.
Bob the Bumblebee – KIND
Bob the Bumblebee has always lived in the same garden. He likes to make others feel welcome and shows his kindness to everyone he meets. He enjoys thinking up extra and interesting tasks for others and likes to have fun. He loves being silly and coming up with funny jokes to make others laugh. He builds things around the garden. Sometimes it takes him a little longer to get things done because he puts things off until the last minute.
Annie the Ant – ACTIVE
Annie the Ant loves to be active. She is in charge of the group activities in the garden and likes to come up with new games to play. Annie is very strong and often the other bugs ask her to help carry the heavy objects. She has a positive outlook on life but sometimes doesn’t pay attention to tidying up after herself.
Samar the Spider – CALM
Samar the Spider is a mindful spider who enjoys meditation and yoga. Even in the most chaotic situations Samar doesn’t get stressed. Samar’s motto is “be yourself” and has a unique fashion style. Most of Samar’s clothes come from a doll’s house and Samar loves to mix and match styles. Samar knows a lot more about the human world than the other bugs. Samar always wears glasses to see all the beautiful details in nature. Samar is creative and likes to weave and knit.

Sir Maximillian is a small bug who is known around the garden as the polite bug, but he is quite shy and often gets into sticky situations where he needs help from others. He ends up in all sorts of strange places in the garden mainly because he isn’t quite paying attention to where he is.
